Does anyone know the commercial food waste regulations?

We have set up stalls of fruits and vegetables is currently throwing their waste in a skip remains open within 5 meters from our property. It is emptied on a weekly basis, 2-3, and the weather warms, food rots much faster and becomes very fragrant, so that we can not keep our windows and doors open or sit in our garden .

Well you can not do in Cornwall. All waste must be bagged. I know we had a catering service. I guess you talked to the Department of Environmental Health, if you do not get the joy of them you could talk to trading standards and ask them what this regulation states. Can not be legal, it's just finding the Entitlement Regulations.

Summer Health Risks

Dogs are spending more time in the great outdoors which in Colorado means we have to think ahead about health risks. One of the biggest worries for dog health in the summertime is being left in the car on a hot day. In a  Stanford University study, when it was 72 degrees outside, a car’s internal temperature climbed to 116 degrees within one hour. Studies show that cracking the windows has little effect on a car’s internal temperature. If you want to bring fido with you, consider first having a well behaved dog, this means he can go more places. The windows need to be down significantly (not cracked) to change the internal temperature in the car. If you are gone for a bit consider bringing cold water or ice in a cooler to put out for the dog to use to cool down. The bottom line is hot cars are no place to leave dogs in the summer.
